The sensor is used for continuous non-invasive, digital, automatic measurement of LPG and other liquids such as water, chemicals.

Sigma ULB measures the level mainly in terrestrial stationary cylindrical metal tanks from 10 cm to 4 meters depending on the density of the liquid.

The sensor has a measurement error of 5% to 1 mm depending on the model. Can be set in hazardous area 0.

The level gauge can transmit data via GSM modem, cellular network, Internet to the WEB platform for displaying reports in the PC browser or in the smartphone application. Data can also be displayed on a digital indicator.

The sensor is a device that consists of one or two ultrasonic emitters / meters connected to a signal converter. The inverter is connected to an explosion-proof unit. The barrier is not included in the installation kit and is supplied as a separate stand-alone product.

Sigma ULB has an output of RS 232, RS 485 and can be easily connected to a GPS tracker, PC, laptop, smartphone or digital indicator.

The series of sensors consists of the following versions:

• ULB-10 - 1 ultrasonic meter with built-in temperature sensor + transducer. Measurement error - 5%.

• ULB-20 - 2 ultrasonic meters, one with built-in temperature sensor + transducer and explosion-proof unit. Measurement error - 2%.

• ULB-30 - 2 ultrasonic meters + separate temperature sensors depending on the size of the tank, + transducer and explosion-proof unit. Measurement error - 1 mm. OIML R-85.

Ultrasonic meters and transducers are explosively marked II2GExibIIВT4Gb.

The intrinsically safe unit has an explosion-proof marking II (1) G [ExiaGb] IIB.
