The sensor is attached to the bottom of the tank and does not have direct contact with the liquid. The device allows you to measure the level of other liquids as well.
The main advantages of SIGMA ULM
SECURITY - no interference with the HBO system and the regular system of the car;
CONVENIENCE - the digital indicator informs the driver about the level of fuel remaining in the cylinder;
ACCURACY - determines the fuel level in the cylinder with an error of up to 2% (corresponds to 1-2 liters);
FUNCTIONALITY - makes it possible to make sure that the produced filling corresponds to the declared volume.
Four modifications of SIGMA sensors are produced, which differ in the data transmission interface and the presence of a digital indicator:
- SIGMA ULM - data exchange interface with an external controller via the RS-232 / RS-485 interface, there is no digital indicator;
- SIGMA ULS - has a digital indicator, there is no data exchange interface;
- SIGMA ULS2 - has a digital indicator, data exchange via the RS-232 interface;
- SIGMA ULS4 - has a digital indicator, data exchange via the RS-485 interface.
The sensor can be used together with equipment that supports the LLS data exchange protocol.
